Returning here before our Eurostar trip to Disneyland Paris has always been seamless. The staff consistently provide excellent service, particularly in accommodating our daughter's needs. Breakfast is delicious, and the preparation of hot sandwiches when we miss breakfast is a amazing touch. The cab service to Ebbsfleet International is convenient. The warmth and cleanliness of the rooms create a cute atmosphere upon our return.

An excellent value hotel, I liked it, staff was exceptionally polite. This was an ideal location very close to the restaurant due to a party booking, the pub and Gravesend.

Parking options are limited. There's not a whole lot to work with. The layout of the place features an abundance of stairs, which can be a pain if you've got a lot of gear. The rooms themselves aren't luxurious-think basic without frills-just clean, but the shower situation can be a bit tricky, alternating between scalding and lukewarm. If you're not a fan of tightly packed beds, the 'double' setup here consists of two singles that didn't seem to mesh well.

Had a lovely night with a comfy bed and a delicious breakfast! The shower didn't quite meet my expectations though 😅, but everything else was spotlessly clean.

Complimentary breakfast sandwiches for early departures, proximity to Eurostar station, sizable clean rooms
Noise from traffic kept me awake!!! Some shower facilities had poor pressure or inconsistent temperatures, and the absence of evening dining options was like a missed opportunity!!!

I visited for a wedding ceremony, and my expectations were exceeded. The breakfast was truly impressive, featuring freshly baked pastries and a good variety of juices. It was a treat to unwind in the bar area, enjoying reasonably priced drinks and a fun atmosphere. I faced issues with the shower, which was inconsistent in temperature.

I recently enjoyed my stay where the breakfast was good with fresh fruit, and the bar food-especially the chicken nuggets-was out of this world! The clean, spacious room was perfect for my family, just as we hoped it would be! I'll definitely be back!

Awesome stay with fab breakfast!
Had a really nice time here! The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the breakfast was made to order and delicious! The only thing was the Wi-Fi was kinda slow at times, but it didn't ruin my stay. Everything else was spot on! Definitely worth it.
